New Holland, PA – Heritage Custom Cabinetry, the recognized leader in custom cabinetry announced the hiring of Douglas Fry, Regional Sales Manager for their Southern Region.
Fry’s experience includes Customer Service, Regional Rep and National Sales Manager for Rutt from 1981-2000, owner of a kitchen dealership and a high school wood shop teacher. “I am very enthusiastic to be part of the Heritage Custom Cabinetry and their strong and growing company,” comments Fry, “I’m also looking forward to getting out and meeting the dealers. I have experience owning my own dealership, this coupled with the fact that I love the custom cabinetry business really has me motivated to work with our talented dealer base and grow their businesses.”

One of Fry’s main responsibilities will be to assist the Heritage Custom Cabinetry Dealers with strategically growing their market share in their areas. “Our objective with our new sales force is to work closely with our dealers in the ongoing development of their businesses and to find new opportunities with which our existing dealer base can secure solid jobs,” states VP of Sales and Marketing David Roos, “our goal is to grow their sales revenues as well as ours.”
Fry has a BS degree in Industrial Arts from Millersville University, Lancaster, PA. He lives in Pinehurst, NC with his wife and teenage son.
