New Holland, PA – Heritage Custom Cabinetry, the recognized leader in custom cabinetry announced the hiring of Reverend Gary DeHaas, Employee Counselor, for their New Holland, PA and Goodville, PA locations.
The Employee Counselor, an approach Heritage’s parent company Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. has used successfully for years, will assist associates in any way they need in complete confidentiality. DeHaas will be available to act as a liaison between any Heritage Custom Cabinetry employee and other resources within the Lancaster County community or in promoting dialog among others at Heritage. He will also assist in the day-to-day activities and functionality of the Human Resources Department.

DeHaas has a wealth of pastoral and business background that he brings to the new position as well as many years of experience in reaching out to those with family and work related issues. For the last 24 years he has pastored churches in Vermont, New Jersey, Michigan, Nebraska and Coatesville, PA. He was born in Massachusetts and grew up in Enfield, CT. He spent his college years in Maine studying Bible and Christian education.
