HERITAGE CUSTOM CABINETRY ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
FRANK SESKO
November 1, 2005, New Holland, PA - Heritage Custom Cabinetry,
a recognized leader in custom cabinetry, announced the hiring
of Frank Sesko as the Director of Operations overseeing and
managing both the New Holland, PA and Goodville, PA manufacturing
plants.
Sesko brings with him over 20 years experience in the manufacturing
industry serving as the Manufacturing Manager at a fixture
company in Wisconsin and as Vice President of Manufacturing
for a casework company in Tennessee. His focus is on streamlining
the manufacturing process with an emphasis on quality control,
achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, finishing
excellence and lowering operating costs. “My first priority
is really learning the organization”, states Sesko,
“with that knowledge and understanding I can then concentrate
on streamlining the processes and create standards and stability.”
Sesko also wants to incorporate employee involvement in any
process changes and really create a “can-do” culture
in the plant. Cross training, and examining the processes
from the dealer and vendor ends are also part of his strategies.
“Frank brings years of experience in growing cabinetry
and caseworks operations to Heritage Custom Cabinetry,”
comments General Manager Jerry Price, “we are particularly
pleased to gain his depth of experience in finishing operations
since those operations are so critical to the product we produce.
Additionally, Frank has demonstrated people skills and experience
in lean manufacturing techniques which will assist us greatly
as we move forward.”
Sesko has a BSBA in Business Administration from Babson College
in Wellesley, MA and also has 20 years experience owning and
operating his own business.
